We are looking for a Floor Jewelry Salesperson who is self-motivated and eager to help guests celebrate with spectacular fine jewelry, while coordinating all the pieces necessary to deliver an exceptional experience. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service and jewelry sales, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience. Coordinate all moving pieces needed to complete transactions and services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Learn and perform duties across the enterprise (with the possible exception of actual goldsmith work). Take ownership of specifically assigned duties and complete them with minimum supervision. Cheerfully pitch in elsewhere as the need arises and support teammates. Promote the business enthusiastically within the broader community. Maintain a professional appearance and attire; demonstrate a positive, helpful, upbeat outlook with honesty, integrity, versatility, flexibility, and team spirit. Work quickly and calmly under pressure while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor. Current work hours 9:30am–6:00pm Tuesday–Friday, 9:30am–3:00pm Saturday. You must be able to work Saturdays. In December, it’s “all hands on deck.” Qualifications and experience Trustworthiness and a commitment to our vision and values. Organization, coordination, and supervisory skills. Comfortable working with computers/tablets as well as paper. Proficiency with social media. Proficiency with word processors, spreadsheets, and publishers.
