Patient education with Chemo talks. Work closely with the Infusion and Radiation teams to coordinate patient care. The nurses work directly with Physicians to coordinate patient care. They support the APP's. Track INR patients with labs and meds. Follow Iron infusion patients. Oncology experience needed.
