How you'll contribute Conduct physical therapy assessments and develops treatment plans. Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function. Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately. Collaborates with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning. Experience: Previous experience in rehab setting preferred. License: Current PT license. Certifications: CPR certification required.
