Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract Positions Available:
- Special Education Paraeducator
- Special Education Resource Paraeducator
- 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of School Year
- Provide instructional and behavioral support to students with special needs
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning
- Support classroom management and foster a positive learning environment
- Help prepare instructional materials and assist with daily classroom activities
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior experience working with children or in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow teacher direction and support diverse student needs
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Bi-Weekly pay through agency payroll
- Ongoing support from agency staff
