Assistant Store Manager

This is a great opportunity for someone with retail or convenience store management experience who enjoys mentoring a team, staying organized and taking ownership of daily operations.

Location: Blue Hill, NE
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule:
• Days, evenings and every other weekend required
• Minimum 45 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:
• Overseeing daily store operations
• Coaching, supervising and motivating employees
• Assisting with inventory management and store organization
• Monitoring customer service and transactions
• Helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment
• Supporting employee development and performance evaluations
• Leading by example and helping the team succeed each day

What We're Looking For:
• Previous retail or convenience store management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with inventory management and team supervision
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate others
• Dependability and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Orientation Information:
All new hires must attend orientation on Mondays beginning at 9:30 AM in Hastings. Orientation lasts approximately 4 hours and employees should wear jeans, a shirt and closed-toed shoes.
