Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• EMR: Home Care Home Base
• On-call requirement: None
• Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
• Interview process: Teams/Video Call
• Coverage area may extend within an hour radius of the general hub city based on referral volume

Location Highlights

Cadillac, Michigan offers access to outdoor recreation with Lake Cadillac and Lake Mitchell connected by a canal in the center of town. Cadillac is about 40 miles from Caberfae Peaks and within driving distance of Huron-Manistee National Forests, making it a fit for clinicians who enjoy skiing, hiking, and trail access.
