Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a Delivery Manager in Miami, FL (Florida). Duties:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital App initiatives from discovery through release and post-launch stabilization
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans
• Manage cross-functional execution, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decision tracking across teams
• Drive release readiness by coordinating scope, environments, quality checkpoints, security requirements, communications, and operational preparedness
• Facilitate planning sessions, delivery reviews, retrospectives, and risk-management discussions
• Create concise, leadership-ready reporting with clear visibility into delivery health, milestones, risks, and outcomes
• Maintain project and delivery artifacts within Jira and Confluence
• Coach teams on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery practices while minimizing unnecessary process overhead
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Support forecasting, resource planning, budgeting, and delivery governance activities
• Utilize approved AI tools to improve backlog refinement, planning, meeting summaries, reporting, dependency management, and knowledge retrieval
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive delivery activities while maintaining human oversight and decision-making
• Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, bias, confidentiality, and compliance
• Promote responsible AI adoption aligned with security, privacy, governance, and data protection standards
• Measure the effectiveness of AI-enabled practices through improved efficiency, insights, quality, and risk management
• Coach team members on effective prompting, validation techniques, and responsible AI usage

Skills

• Experience leading Agile delivery, program management, or product delivery initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaled delivery methodologies
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and release activities
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and delivery reporting tools
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance delivery processes, planning, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Ability to balance governance, execution, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate combines Agile delivery expertise with practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance planning, reporting, knowledge management, and continuous improvement.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
