Practice Model: 

• Private practice model - be your own boss!
• Protected salary with bonus potential for the first 2 years
• 3rd year partnership track with ASC ownership buy-in potential, additional ancillary income, and restricted stock grant
• Work as a hospitalist for the AG Physician Group
• Shared call averages 2:6
• Hospitalist M-F daytime hours
