Barista Position at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Barista to join our team at Desert Orchid. In this role, you will craft exceptional coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages while delivering warm, personalized service that reflects the Four Seasons commitment to excellence. You'll help create a welcoming and vibrant experience for guests throughout the day, whether they're stopping in for breakfast, lunch, a healthy snack, or a moment to recharge.

What you will do:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, food items, and other menu offerings while maintaining quality and food safety standards.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, POS operations, and providing correct change.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and promoting hotel services.
• Maintain coffee shop operations by stocking and organizing inventory, merchandise, displays, and supplies.
• Follow all health, safety, and company standards, including proper equipment use, food handling, chemical storage, and incident reporting.

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a luxury hospitality or high-volume customer service environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, specialty beverages, and espresso equipment operation.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, supported by outstanding communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, cleanliness, and the proper operation and maintenance of food service equipment.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
