Production Roles|1st/2nd Shift

Volt is immediately hiring for Assemblers, Broach Operators, Threadroll Operators, Heading Operators, for both 1st and 2nd shifts in Santa Ana, CA.

Operate work without supervision to complete full set ups of assembly machines as well as perform in process inspection tasks verifying quality to performance.

Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction. Adhere to quality processes including in-process inspection to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Use measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, go/no go gages, drop gages, pin gages.

These roles are full-time, temp to hire opportunities.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

1st shift - 5:30am to 1:30pm + OT

2nd shift - 1:30pm to 10pm + OT

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must be able to pass a Background and Drug Screen
• The ability to read and write English.
• Basic Print Reading
• Basic Shop Math
• Troubleshoot

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE and position

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
