This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, collaborative environment caring for complex cardiothoracic surgery patients while working alongside nationally recognized surgeons, intensivists, and advanced practice providers. *Position Highlights* * 13-hour shifts * Rotating schedule: *2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights* * Two weekends per month * Non-operative ICU position * 11-bed Cardiothoracic Surgery ICU (Open Heart Unit) * High-acuity cardiac and thoracic surgery patient population * Collaborative multidisciplinary care team *Your Practice* Working alongside cardiothoracic surgeons and critical care specialists, you'll provide comprehensive inpatient management for patients recovering from complex cardiac and thoracic procedures.
