In this internship, you’ll get hands‑on experience, one‑on‑one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it’s really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2028. Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. All majors are welcomed with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Stats, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business-related field. A demonstrated interest in investments. Must be able to work in Invesco's New York office. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment‑based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT). Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended. This position will be based in New York. Preferred Qualifications Experience with creative problem solving and analytical thinking. Experience with prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced work environment. Prior internship in investment management is preferred but not required. Experience gathering and interpreting market data. Intermediate proficiency with Python, SQL, Power BI, Bloomberg Terminal, R Studio or Excel preferred. Compensation and Work Details Compensation for this position is $40/hr.
