Machine Repair Mechanic

Now hiring Machine Repair Mechanics in Stow.

Monday - Friday with available overtime.

Weekly pay starting at $24 per hour.

Job Duties

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc. to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using specialized tools and equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems as needed.
• Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify and address equipment issues.
• Maintain an inventory of parts and tools required for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Complete work orders and submit detailed reports to the Maintenance Manager.
• Communicate effectively with equipment operators and other team members regarding equipment conditions and repairs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
