Through our family of brands, we bring together industry expertise, technology, and data-driven insights to help dealers strengthen their finance and insurance performance and build lasting relationships with their customers.Our teams work collaboratively across operations, technology, risk, finance, marketing, and sales to deliver solutions that create measurable value and support the continued growth of APCO and the partners we serve.We are looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction at our CF Warehouse.What You'll DoKeep the warehouse running at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as your top priority.Review workflows, space allocations, and equipment layouts to meet company standards for productivity and quality.Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all regulations and procedures.Receive and verify incoming orders, transport merchandise, and arrange deliveries in designated storage areas.Prepare, package, and ship products accurately and on time.Manage inventory levels using our Inventory Management System and assist with reporting.Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and professional.Collaborate with team members to support overall facility operations.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED1+ years in warehouse operations, shipping, and safety.Strong customer service and communication abilitiesBasic technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills.Effective problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to safety and organizational excellence.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and move throughout the warehouse.Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.What We OfferCompetitive compensationComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysOpportunities for growth and developmentA collaborative and supportive team environment$18 - $22 an hourAt APCO, the way we work matters just as much as the results we deliver.
