Robotic Welder – Leffels Lane

Location: Springfield, Ohio

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 9:45 PM–6:00 AM

Position Summary

We are seeking a Robotic Welder to operate, monitor, and maintain robotic welding equipment in a metal manufacturing facility. This position involves supporting daily production operations, monitoring weld quality, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Job Duties

Operate robotic welding equipment according to established procedures
Monitor welding operations to ensure consistent production
Inspect welded components for quality and defects
Load and unload materials as needed
Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow established safety and production procedures

Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive movements and lifting
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
Steel-toed boots required
