Overview We\'re seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Client Communications team within the operations division of a large financial institution in Salt Lake City. Base pay range $47,000.00/yr - $56,000.00/yr Location SLC, UT (In-Office) – Relocation required without relocation assistance What You\'ll Do Collaborate closely with Private Wealth Management (PWM) Sales teams to support high-net-worth clients with digital signing and onboarding solutions. Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth, professional communication at every step. Coordinate the delivery of sensitive client materials and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Work cross-functionally with teams in Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to streamline client communications. Identify and escalate potential risks while maintaining strong attention to detail and process integrity. What We\'re Looking For Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. A team player who thrives in collaborative environments but can also work independently when needed. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A self-starter with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn complex concepts quickly.
