We are seeking a skilled Landscape Installer to join our team. As a Landscape Installer, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of landscape designs, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in every project.At Ryan Lawn & Tree we transform outdoor spaces into breathtaking landscapes that inspire and captivate. We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, high energy, hardworking, team players, and have a positive attitude!What you'll do:Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.Prepare sites for installation by clearing debris, grading terrain, and performing necessary soil preparation.Install various landscape elements such hardscape features, lighting fixtures, plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers.Operate equipment such as mini skids, ski steers, and mini excavators safely and efficiently.Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless project execution.Provide input and feedback on project feasibility and execution strategies.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED required3 years previous experience in hardscaping, landscaping, horticulture, or related field.Strong understanding of landscape installation techniques and best practices.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks in various weather conditions.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Valid driver's license.Valid CDL Class A License.Able to lift 50 lbs.Pass DOT physical and drug screenings.Ability to work outside in an all-weather environment.Safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, MVR check, and DOT physical (where applicable) before starting employment.
