Outstanding Compensation

• $60,000–$79,999 annual base salary, based on experience
• Up to $1,375 monthly performance bonus (up to $16,500 annually)
• Top-performing General Managers can earn more than $96,000 annually

What You'll Do

As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to run your restaurant like it's your own business.

• Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent.

• Ensure excellence in food quality, cleanliness, and operational execution.

What We're Looking For

• Restaurant management experience (General Manager experience preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Financial and operational management experience
• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
