Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience is preferred
• Knowledgeable in designing and implementing effective treatment plans
• SLPA candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students (K-12) in individual and group settings
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents
• Adapt and tailor therapy interventions to meet student needs and educational goals
• Supervise and support SLPA staff when appropriate
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
