Daily Property Field Adjuster Located in surrounding Hartford, CT. The employee is an independent contractor handling daily state‑wide property claim work for Alacrity Solutions. Responsibilities Provide excellent claim handling services for daily claims across multiple perils, travel to assignment locations as required, and perform physical inspections of loss sites. Contract Requirements A contract will be issued within 24 hours of accepting your first claim assignment and must be completed to issue pay. Qualifications & Licensure Live within 50-100 miles of Hartford, CT and willing to travel. Minimum 2-3 years experience as a property field adjuster. Independent adjusting license in your home state (or a designated home state license if residing in a non‑licensing state). Experience with wind, hail, theft, fire, water losses and other perils preferred. Have reliable transportation, computer, digital camera, ladder, and other necessary items. Willing and able to climb roofs. Willing and able to work irregular hours and travel with possible overnight requirements. Computer and Phone System Requirements Smart cell phone with internet access. Working laptop with reliable high‑speed internet. Xactimate and/or Symbility proficiency with active subscription. Digital camera and other miscellaneous items necessary to perform adjuster responsibilities. Working Conditions & Physical Demands 100% travel required within designated territory. Must operate a vehicle for up to 8 hours daily, repeatedly entering and exiting.
