Credit Analyst

• A global surfaces manufacturer specializing in premium engineered stone used in residential and commercial interior applications.
• Publicly traded company with international distribution, serving designers, architects, fabricators, and builders across multiple continents.
• Operates state-of-the-art production facilities and emphasizes sustainability initiatives, including responsible sourcing and environmentally conscious manufacturing practices.
• Strong brand presence within the architectural and design community, with products frequently specified for kitchens, bathrooms, hospitality, and high-end retail environments.

• Acts as a key coordination point between vendors, property managers, master servicers, and internal accounting teams

• Charlotte, NC - onsite 5 days per week

• Collections calls and correspondence on past due balances
• Process credit application by reviewing reports for credit worthiness including recommendation for credit line and terms
• Research and solve payment discrepancies
• Resolving customer disputes
• Reconciliation of accounts

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of experience in Collections
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excel experience
• Oracle experience is a bonus
• Ability to handle interruptions and work in a fast pace environment
