Op vrijdag kies je zelf je werkplek, afgestemd op wat je werkzaamheden vereisen.**What’s in it for you:**The Senior Category Manager – Facilities, Construction and EH&S role has responsibility for strategic category leadership and leading negotiations and purchases for the entire organization. The Senior Category Manager has the critical responsibility of leading a team, managing business needs with internal partners to identify and manage a supply base to deliver value across all SBUs. **What you will do:*** Team leadership with responsibility for contracting in the areas of Facilities, Construction, Utilities, Non-Haz & Haz Waste, Utilities, Disaster Recovery, EH&S, and Security* Responsible for multi-year strategy development, execution of Indirect Procurement processes and supplier relationship management* Develop relationships and communication strategies with internal partners to identify business needs and align supply base to achieve strategic direction* Responsible for building and managing strategic supplier relationships through formal Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process to improve supplier performance metrics including quality, delivery, productivity, and innovation* Provide leadership and oversight of the sourcing process to ensure spend is awarded to provide the maximum value* Lead the development and negotiation of contracts through the Contract Lifecycle Management process while maximizing value and minimizing risk* Partner with Regional and Global Procurement teams to ensure delivery of productivity and cost avoidance **What you will bring:*** Demonstrated experience negotiating and coaching AIA contractual agreement execution* Demonstrated experience with negotiation and closure on Disaster Recovery, Construction Contractors and MEP suppliers* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field* 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain* 7+ years of experience in Sourcing / Procurement* Sourcing experience in the development and management of a global supply base is required* Demonstrated success includes supplier development across regions, responsibility for high-level negotiations, leading multi-functional projects* Strong analytics experience* Lean experience beneficial* Ability to travel 15%**Key Competencies:*** **Communication Skills** – Exhibits enthusiasm, influences customers, represents Procurement with SBU leadership, presentation and messaging skills (understanding the audience)* **Supply Chain Acumen** – Established long-term strategies, champions’ development and utilization of globally competitive tools and processes, drives for optimal business results focused on meeting the needs of the business.* **Project Management** – Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to align objectives, manages global project portfolio, oversees overall implementation.* **Global Business Thinking/Strategizing** - Demonstrates deep global knowledge of suppliers, industry trends, emerging markets, technology, geopolitical changes; drives this knowledge into short and long-term strategies.* **Problem Solving** - Understands customer expectations; keeps abreast of competitor/related industry problems; anticipate and avoid potential problems; supports team problem solving and corrective action plan implementation.* **Relationship Management** – Creates collaborative environment with cross-functional peers, assures regular/appropriate two-way communication flow, builds/maintains relationship with industry peers and supplier leaders, and reinforces lead on voice to the supply base.* **Change Management** – Develops and utilizes change management tools to educate business on key strategies and business objectives to support vision of indirect procurement.**Jaarlijks basissalarisbereik of uurloonbereik:**$146,521.66 - $204,609.99**Type vergoeding**Salaris**In aanmerking komend voor incentive**Yes**In aanmerking voor verkoopcommissie:**No**Disclaimer**Wij streven ernaar om voor deze functie een concurrerend salaris te bieden, afgestemd op diverse factoren.
