This role partners cross-functionally to translate complex technical content into engaging, effective learning experiences. You will play a critical role in shaping the overall learning strategy by identifying performance gaps, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring measurable outcomes.The ideal candidate brings strong instructional design expertise, technical proficiency, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Success in this role requires balancing learner experience with business priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and execution.Design, develop, and implement learning solutions aligned to business needs and adult learning best practices.Translate highly technical content into clear, engaging instructional materials.Ensure quality standards across instructional effectiveness, technical functionality, visual design, and accessibility compliance.Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure accuracy and impact.Manage multiple learning projects, including planning, timelines, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.About You:Extensive instructional design experience with demonstrated knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies.Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) or similar authoring tools.Proven ability to translate complex technical content into effective learning experiences.Strong visual design judgment and adherence to brand standards.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Nice to haves but not required: Experience in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing environments.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and accessibility testing tools or equivalent.Familiarity with Zensai LMS.At Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
