DESCRIPTION About Rock N Roll Sushi: Rock N Roll Sushi is a fast-paced, high-energy sushi restaurant offering a fun and unique dining experience. We're all about fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, and great service, all served with a side of rock 'n roll flair! We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Host. Job Description: As a Host at Rock N Roll Sushi, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting, seating, and assisting customers, ensuring they have a welcoming and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a positive, upbeat attitude. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Manage the waitlist and ensure guests are seated in a timely manner.
- Answer phones, take reservations, and provide information about the menu and restaurant.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front entrance and waiting areas.
- Work closely with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Assist with various front-of-house tasks as needed.
- Previous experience as a host or in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
