• Facility : 450 Bed, Level II Trauma Center
• Scheduling: Monday - Fridays (7a - 7p), Night Call (7p - 7a), Weekend (7a - 7p, 24-hours shifts)
  • Call Duties: 1-2 days per week, 1 weekend per month from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Weekend duties include inpatient rounds, procedures and surgeries
  • Night Call - 2.5 Gratis Hours
  • 24-Hour Call - 4 Gratis Hours
• Procedures/Patient Intel: PA needs to be proficient in CABG, AVR, MVR and Thoracotomy/lung resection cases. Job will include OR duties as well as Telemetry and ICU duties. Additional duties may include surgical CT, vein harvest and chest tube placements
• Staff Support: NA
• EMR: EPIC - Training Required
