Requirements:

• Required Certifications: BLS, MSW
• Required Skills: Adoption / Foster Care, Assists patients with navigating the Department of Children and Families (DCF) process, Documentation according to plan of care, Documentation of care delivery, plan, goals, etc, Documentation of patient/caregiver teaching/learning, Documentation reflects understanding of coverage criteria, Documents patient response, Facilitate discharge and contingency planning

Job Details:

• Pay: $1950/week - $2180/week
• Assignment Length: 13-week assignment
• Shift: 5, 8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30
• At least one year of experience required
