Job Overview Position: Physical Therapist I. Department: Physical Therapy. Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt. Salary: $1,505.20 – $2,289.20 gross per week (based on 40 hours). Estimated hourly compensation: $39.51 to $57.23 per hour. Bonus: $15,000 sign‑on bonus available to qualified candidates. Deliver therapeutic interventions including mobility, gait, and functional training. Support early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning. Educate patients and families on treatment and safety. Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation. Qualifications Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. Current state Physical Therapy license. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
