As a Virtual Benefits Consultant , you'll work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping them understand available supplemental benefits while delivering exceptional customer service. Whether you're beginning a new career or looking for your next opportunity, you'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the support needed to thrive in a fully remote environment.

About the Role
As a Virtual Benefits Consultant , you'll become a trusted resource for clients by providing education, guidance, and personalized support throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online platforms
Educate individuals and families about available benefit programs and coverage options
Answer questions and provide personalized recommendations based on client needs
Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-through
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development programs
