Associate Chemist Central Lab

Performs and documents laboratory analyses in a safe and timely manner in accordance with standard operating procedures based on EPA, ASTM, and Standard Methods. Generate reports of analyses through use of the laboratory information management system. Maintain instruments for reliable operation. Properly manage waste generation. Availability to take after-hours work as needed. Job may include other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Under direct supervision:

• Generates reports of analyses
• Maintains proper sample integrity, preservation, and logs
• Manages waste generation properly
• Maintains equipment under operating and reliable conditions
• Reviews and updates laboratory procedures
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 0+ years
• High School Grad / GED
