GreenLight ABA is a small, BCBA led ABA provider focused on supporting children and their families in the natural environment at home, in school, and in the community. We are looking for caring, collaborative individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE RBT CERTIFICATION OR BT EXPERIENCE IN PROVIDING ABA THERAPY TO CHILDREN UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF A BCBA!

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old

• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA

• Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change

Who We’re Looking For:

• RBTs with active certification

• Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families

• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes

• Willingness and ability to pass a background check
