Caregiver

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you’ll support individuals of all ages and abilities in their homes and communities. You’ll assist with daily living activities, personal care, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments and activities. You’ll follow care plans, document services, and communicate changes in condition to supervisors and healthcare professionals. In this role, you’ll promote independence, dignity, and safety while building trusting, respectful relationships.
