Job Title

Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Registered Nurse

Location

Glenwood Springs, CO

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 4x10-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and evening/weekend call

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab in accordance with ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
• Provide skilled nursing care during pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure phases
• Circulate during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology (EP) procedures
• Monitor and assess patient status throughout all phases of care, intervening as appropriate
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team within an established and growing Hybrid Cath Lab environment

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license, Compact RN license, or eligibility to obtain
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications issued by the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in a Cath Lab and/or EP setting
• Demonstrated experience circulating and providing pre and post procedural patient care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Vascular procedural experience
• Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) experience
