About the Opportunity
We are seeking Generalists with U.S. tax and financial literacy to support a short-term project evaluating real-world tax filing and financial workflows for AI training.
No prior AI experience is required — your tax knowledge, financial literacy, and attention to detail are what matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, annotate, and evaluate U.S. tax filing workflows .
- Apply structured rubrics to assess accuracy, completeness, and user experience.
- Compare system-generated outputs with real-world tax documents and scenarios .
- Review and share relevant project documentation through approved digital workflows.
- Provide clear written and verbal feedback .
- Collaborate remotely and complete assigned deliverables on time.
Required Qualifications
- Currently residing in a mainland U.S. state and available to start immediately.
- Strong financial literacy and experience filing 2025 U.S. taxes .
- Experience reviewing and annotating documents with strong attention to detail .
- Ability to apply structured evaluation criteria and rubrics .
- Familiarity with Google Workspace , including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data annotation, quality review, RLHF, or workflow evaluation .
- Comfortable working with secure digital workflows and project-specific document sharing.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $35–$110/hour.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Short-term, fully remote project.
- Approximately 30 positions available.
