Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and provide individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing low acuity mental health concerns.

• Utilize various communication methods including two-way video sessions, audio calls, and secure online messaging to foster meaningful interactions with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults presenting with low acuity mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief counseling. Our platform ensures that referrals are screened carefully, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality care to clients who align with your areas of expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Washington.

• A reliable and high-speed internet connection suitable for telehealth practices.

• Access to a working phone and personal computer or laptop (tablets are not acceptable for this role).
