Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - we INVITE you to come join our Team! Our established, family owned and operated skilled nursing company is emerging in Tennessee and currently seeking a servant leader, prepared to transform our industry in an autonomous environment, pushing toward cultural, clinical and financial excellence, for a facility in Winchester, Tennessee. Familiarity with the area is preferred. You will be responsible for making a commitment to providing top quality patient care through the valued facility teamwork. Along with patient care, you will be responsible for other duties such as: Overall operations of the facility in accordance with current state, federal and local, standards and regulations. Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company to ensure the facility is providing the highest level of quality care to their patients. Provide an environment that motivates the facility staff to come to work and give their best efforts. Responsible for the review and interpretation of the financial outcomes of the facility. Participation in department management meetings. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICAITON: Minimum two years’ experience as a LNHA Must possess a current Tennessee LNHA licensee Knowledge of state and federal regulations Acts as the Compliance Officer for the facility Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies. Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner. Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
