The Opportunity

A physical therapistowned outpatient practice is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a growing PT/OT collaborative team at a newer clinic location in Norfolk, MA. This clinic is being thoughtfully built into a 4-therapist practice and is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping shape culture, caseload, and community presence.

The team is known for delivering personalized, compassionate care to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health conditions and for building long-term relationships that drive referrals through word of mouth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized PT care in dedicated 1:1 sessions
• Manage your own schedule with front desk support and waitlists
• Complete documentation and chart reviews efficiently
• Participate in 12 local community marketing events per year
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn, grow, and lead by example

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 $100,000
