A Level 2 Technician is expected to be qualified to:

• Perform DOT inspections and scheduled maintenance without supervision.
• Perform tire services following industry and OSHA regulations.
• Service brake, suspension, and air systems.
• Service and repair electrical systems and components.
• Experience with hopper and dump trailers and tarp systems strongly preferred.
• Basic welding and fabrication experience.

This position requires 3 to 5 years of experience with diesel tractor systems, or a combination of formal training and experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work a Saturday rotation
• Class A or B CDL License preferred.
• Able to communicate issues and understand job assignments.
• Able to prioritize work assignments.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch on a regular basis or for long periods of time.
• Able to climb staircases.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to perform all essential job functions
