Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active, valid SLP license for Florida
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school environment strongly valued
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to student-centered practice

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions both individually and in groups
• Document progress and maintain all required records in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
