Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physical needs of pediatric patients through tailored testing and observation, ensuring age-appropriate techniques are employed.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.
• Engage and educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, creating a supportive home environment that fosters continued progress.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of patient progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other medical professionals to create a comprehensive support network for each child.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid to ensure safety in all interactions.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to engage and motivate children during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives.
