Customer Experience Coordinator

Position Overview Client Experience Coordinator atThe Davey Tree Expert Company. Location:Morrisville,NC.Work site:On‑Site. Compensation:$25–$28 per hour. Job Duties Be the first point of contact and triage client and office needs. Field current and prospective client calls. Produce proposals and initiate contracts. Process employee time sheets. Maintain various databases and spreadsheets. Order and maintain office supplies. Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and maintain files. Qualifications Minimum two years of experience in office processes and administration. Outstanding telephone and communication skills. Proficiency in MicrosoftOutlook, Word, and Excel. Average typing speed of at least 80wpm. Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail, and accuracy. Expert organizational skills and ability to multi‑task.
