Job Description
Registered Nurse - Oncology (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology to join our team. This position is integral to providing exceptional care to patients undergoing treatment for cancer and related conditions.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and manage patient care throughout treatment.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient status and provide education on treatment plans, side effects, and self-care post-treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in oncology nursing.
• Current AHA BLS and NIH Certification required.
• Certification in chemotherapy administration is required.
• Preferred experience in Trauma Level 1 settings, Oncology, or Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Holiday Requirements

Must be available to work on 2 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, as well as 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
