Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager(Bilingual Korean required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a global automotive parts company and is seeking for a\nMaintenance Manager. \n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\n * Maintain and improve all equipment, facility, devices, tooling, jigs,\n machines, building and ground.\n * Supervises, schedules and monitors the work of maintenance crews to support\n assembly lines, plant facility and grounds.\n * Coordinates work with Team Leaders on maintenance activities, and work with\n Manufacturing Engineers for new equipment.\n * Schedules repair of manufacturing equipment and initiates preventive\n maintenance.\n * Assists in the repair of equipment.\n * Trains associates in maintenance procedures.\n * Orders maintenance parts as needed.\n * Monitors and control the maintenance expenses within budget\n * Supervises the assembly and set-up of new assembly lines.\n * Enforces safety regulations.\n * Schedule, review and approve associate time sheets in the HRIS system\n * Plans, organizes and allocates department resources to meet department and\n company goals.\n * Promotes an associate relation's environment that is consistent with long\n term management objectives.\n * Works closely with Human Resources to uphold policies and procedures\n * Prepares work orders and reports.\n * Establish maintenance repair, building and grounds annual budget, and manage\n the accounts.\n * Perform all other duties as necessary.\n\n .\n\nSECONDARY FUNCTIONS:\n * Attends meetings as necessary.\n * Assists with machine repairs and new equipment set-up.\n\n\n\nSPECIALIZED TRAINING, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE:\n * Bilingual Korean & English required\n * 4-year degree in engineering, manufacturing technology or an equivalent\n field. Will accept experience in lieu of degree.\n * Journeyman's card in a skilled trade area desirable.\n\n * 10 or more years experience in a manufacturing equipment, facility, tooling,\n etc maintenance and improvement.\n * Mechanical and electrical experience preferred. Broad machine shop knowledge\n helpful.\n * Light PLC Programming\n\n\n\n
