Facilities Housekeeper

Business Unit: Company 3 Position: Facilities Housekeeper Location: Hollywood, CA (Onsite) Pay Range: $18.00 USD hourly Position Summary Facilities Housekeeping maintains and elevates the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. They ensure that every space is pristine and welcoming for high‑profile clientele and creative professionals. This role is responsible for creating a clean and polished environment by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, and coordinating with the facilities team to maintain an organized and safe environment. Main Duties Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Adjusting furniture and décor items such as fluffing pillows, keeping chairs pushed in, and correcting the placement of tables to ensure a completely immaculate environment at all times. Polishing fixtures and appliances throughout the building and addressing any water spots, coffee drips, or visible muds and blemishes. Taking care of special cleaning requests, such as working with the Facility Producer for room turnover between clients or preparing Review Rooms prior to and after screenings. Deep cleaning kitchenettes, appliances, and rooms as needed. Monitoring and replenishing janitorial supplies in designated facility areas, such as hand soap, toilet paper, sanitary products, and paper towels. Collaborating with the Facility Producer to ensure supplies and materials are always available. Maintaining organized janitorial closets. Updating cleaning logs after tasks have been completed, and documenting when supplies have been taken from back stock. Adhering to safety protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) while maintaining a safe and clean work area. Surveying the facility and promptly reporting safety hazards, concerns, or damages to the Facility Producer (e.g., broken glass, clogged toilets, water leaks, unusual smells, loose cords in walkways, scratched desks or monitors, minor unwanted pests or bugs). Responding promptly to spills or messes to ensure client, employee, and guest safety. Emptying all trash, recycling, and compost into dumpsters and bagging trash for proper disposal. Using discretion while working in spaces with confidential business information. Performing minor maintenance duties such as breaking down various sized boxes. Shampooing rugs and carpets to remove unwanted stains. Receiving and stocking shipments of cleaning and facility supplies. Assisting with on‑the‑job training of new staff on routine procedures and best cleaning practices. Participating in emergency drills and safety trainings, as requested. Completing other miscellaneous housekeeping tasks as needed. What You Bring The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, adaptability, and ownership of responsibilities, and will demonstrate the ability to work under minimal supervision while following a structured cleaning schedule. Basic level of English language, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information and respond to questions from staff. Physical agility with the ability to stand, walk, twist, and bend for many hours each workday. Capability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping) throughout the entire work schedule. Ability to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs and to climb up and down ladders up to 10 feet as needed. Proficiency with cleaning agents, materials, and equipment. Customer‑service orientation. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Positive, teamwork mentality and the willingness to cooperate with others throughout the company. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Basic mathematical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and clients.
