We’re growing rapidly in the U.S. market and are looking for a driven Commission Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our reach. Role Overview As a Commission Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling Microsoft 365 consulting services and Microsoft licenses. This role is 100% remote and offers a very generous commission structure above industry standards -perfect for high-performing sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in the U.S. market. Sell Microsoft 365 consulting services and Microsoft licenses to SMBs and enterprises. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals. Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client needs are understood and met. Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain client information in CRM tools. Stay updated on Microsoft ecosystem offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities. Requirements Requirements Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within IT consulting, cloud services, or Microsoft solutions. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, or SaaS-based solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely. Existing network of potential clients (preferred but not mandatory).
