CVS Health in Charlottesville, VA is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by a district leader, HR partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.
