Join a professional team of OTR drivers where safety, consistency, and driver support are the priority. This position offers reliable miles, modern equipment, and a balanced schedule that keeps you on the move while still giving you time at home to rest.
12 days on the road / 2 days at home
Constant schedule designed to keep you productive while maintaining a good work-life balance.
Details of the Load
- 100% no-touch freight
- 5060% drop & hook
- 4050% live unload
No mandatory dispatches to NYC Drivers are not required to enter New York or its five boroughs.
Area of Operation
- Loads move through the 48 states
- Most routes are east of I-35
Suggested dispatch system, which recommends loads based on:
- Availability of load
- Location of the driver
- Safety and potential earnings
Miles
- Average: ~2,000 miles per week
- Top drivers: 2,300 3,000+ miles per week
- Average trip length: ~400 miles
Pay and Additional Compensation
- Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour (or more if required by law)
- Layover/breakdown pay: $100 per day (or more if required by law)
Performance Bonus
- Earn up to 3 additional cents per mile (CPM)
- Based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Bonus starts the first day of the month after being hired
Top 20% of OTR drivers at the JAX terminal earn $1,500+ per week
Trainer Program (Optional Increase Your Earnings)
- $250 additional per week while you have a student in your truck
- Up to $1,000 bonus when the student graduates
- Possibility to earn up to $20,000 additional per year
Requires 30 days of safe driving with the company to be eligible.
Notes on Bonus Eligibility
- Must be an active company driver on the day the bonus is paid
- The performance bonus may be modified or canceled with prior notice according to applicable law
- Employment remains at-will (can be terminated at any time by either party)
