Description

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce the opening of a new restaurant and is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in High Point. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to shape the culture and operational excellence of a brand-new establishment in the vibrant restaurant industry.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests while driving profitability and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with culinary and service teams to implement innovative practices that elevate our offerings and promote a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in establishing a strong foundation for our new restaurant, where your leadership will set the tone for a successful launch and sustained growth.

We offer a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $86,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement within our expanding company.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain product quality
Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork
Address customer feedback and resolve any issues to improve service
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote restaurant events and specials

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
Excellent leadership and team-building skills
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
Familiarity with restaurant management software
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Hospitality Management is a plus
