What You’ll Do Manage end‑to‑end logistics accounting procedures, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and identifying opportunities for automation Collaborate with software engineers to translate financial expertise into automated solutions Develop and implement scalable operational workflows Analyze intricate financial data and address exceptions requiring human judgment Create detailed process documentation for current operations and future automation efforts Serve as a liaison between the technical team and accounting operations, effectively communicating across disciplines Provide valuable insights to shape our product roadmap based on operational experience What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Strong problem‑solving skills with a systematic approach to complex processes Comfortable learning new software systems quickly and proficient in Excel and data analysis Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and a strategic mindset What Will Set You Apart Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain finance Knowledge of RPA tools such as UIPath, Power Automate, etc. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages Experience with ERP and accounting systems, specifically in logistics or transportation Understanding of TMS systems like McLeod, Descartes, Tai, Revenova, MercuryGate, Oracle Transportation Manager (OTM), etc. Proven track record of process improvement or automation Project management experience Understanding of API or EDI integrations and financial software systems Why Join Us Contribute to reshaping an industry through innovative technology Work on challenging projects that have a tangible impact on real businesses Clear career progression opportunities as we continue to grow Competitive salary range of $60,000‑$90,000 based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Professional development budget Flexible PTO policy Modern and collaborative workspace in Omaha Location & Work Environment Located in Omaha, NE, we offer a hybrid work environment with a mix of in‑person collaboration and remote work options.
