Your day-to-day will include: Performing residential drain cleaning, jetting, cabling, and related service work. Providing camera inspections for mainline stoppages within 24 hours of the reported issue. Diagnosing drain and sewer issues and clearly explaining your findings to customers. Building strong customer relationships while delivering a professional, 5-star experience. Educating customers about sewer repairs, replacements, maintenance, and preventative solutions. Helping customers understand their options and choose the solution that best fits their needs. Taking ownership of your work, performance, and revenue goals. Creating an experience that earns customer referrals and repeat business. Working alongside Customer Service and Dispatch to keep jobs running smoothly. Maintaining and protecting your service vehicle, tools, and equipment. Keeping your truck properly stocked and ready for the day. Participating in hand-on training, team meetings, and ongoing development. Learning from experienced technicians and helping mentor apprentices as you grow. Completing invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets accurately and on time. What We’re Looking For You don't have to know everything on day one. We’re looking for people who are willing to learn, work hard, take ownership, and want to build something for themselves. You’ll bring: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record. At least 1 year of Drain Technician experience. Knowledge of local plumbing codes is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. A professional attitude and positive mindset.
