ICU Resource Registered Nurse

Methodist Healthcare is seeking an ICU Resource Registered Nurse to support critical care teams across our facilities. In this role, you will provide expert bedside care to high-acuity patients, float between ICU units based on census and acuity, and assist with complex assessments, interventions, and care planning. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentor peers, support onboarding of new staff, and help drive quality and safety initiatives.
